Pros

Great pay and benefits. Annual salary increases. Stability, great work hours. Possible over times. Excellent paid vacation time off. Good training provided when needed.

Cons

Management sucks. As well as the HR department. Lack of communication with employees. Poor work office conditions. Difficult to move up in company. Seems like it's who you know and not what you know. They prefer you to be stuck in your current position

Pros

GREAT! benefits. employer matches 150% up to 8% contribution. 160 hours of pto year 1, with 40 hr for floating holidays.

Cons

If you show you are capable, two things will happen: You will be noticed by those higher up, and you will be given as much work as you can handle. This begins the issue of your PEERs trying to assassinate your career. They want to maintain the status quo at all costs.
