      Pros

      Working with a great family oriented company has been wonderful and while working there if there is a family emergency they allow you to just go and take care of yourself and family members. Opportunities are endless within different departments too.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up within the company as many businesses are.. at times people feel unless you know someone.. you won't get anywhere unless you have an astounding amount of experience.

      Pros

      Job security is good once your hired. Opportunities are if you willing to move to other offices since they are owned by Energyeast which includes NYSEG.

      Cons

      Management is terrible Pay raises are hard to come by Have to do everything management says other wise will be written up
