      I had a great learning experience at RGH that helped me to focus on my patient's and their families as a whole.

      Pros

      The salary is great after being there one year you receive a four dollar an hour raise. We have 4 weeks of vacation a year. The team work between the doctors, mid-levels, PCT's, and other nurses was great.

      Cons

      The nurse to patient ratio can be heavy at times with 1 to 6 on a day shift. The rotating between all three shifts in one week (days, evenings, nights) can be exhausting. The schedule does not work well if you have a family.
