Pros

Is a smaller and more personable atmosphere , there are still many dedicated employees.

Cons

Sometimes too small . Seems like far too many employees are related to someone else. Too much nepotism and clannishness with far too many people hired not through merit , or self initiative but as a favor. And unfortunately , retained on that basis. Too many good people , including managers ,were lost in the cuts and less personable and capable ones retained.. You can " save " the hospital but at what cost ?? Upper management seems oblivious to the morale problem there .

Pros

The pros of working here are the location and the residents.

Cons

management seems to not be the best. No promotions and compensation is low.
