      Excellent work culture. Everyone works together to get something done.

      Is funded by grants most of the time, and contract renewal is sometimes not ensured for the employee.

      College has let a multitude of people go due to lack of budget and funds. Downward trend for certain departments.

      Cheap/affordable tuition Flexibility for emergencies Local commute Great students, staff, and organizations/clubs, when you hunt them down Great for STEM majors looking for internships, college has many connections Involved in the community greatly

      Where to begin: Incompetent Employees Incompetent Management Incompetent Departments Departments have no idea how they are connected with one another Always trying to hire people for cheap/free Many classes marked "TBA" Many push to transfer to a local university, if you are thinking of going out of state figure it out for yourself Faculty member committed suicide Multitude of faculty members laid off Lack of proper funding from state

      Generally flexible schedule semester by semester but that is controlled within departments so, not institution-wide

      Cons

      Management has been in decline since about 2010. The Board of Trustees micromanages everything and this filters down through administration. High turn over in administration (Who's my boss today?) and low morale among all employees
