Salary could be a LOT better. You would think someone with enough qualification behind their belt would not get low balled like that. The school needs to get out of the Stone Age. There’s no room for growth. Need to also work on diversity.

Two week vacations, plus all holidays.

Cons

In 16 years my hourly rate has gone up $2.50/hour. Pay increases have been frozen for many years and instead of increasing the pay they are re-structuring so you do more with no increase.
