      Occasionally work was few and far between, but in your downtime you could work on your own homework. Creating lesson plans is a bit complicated but not bad

      I don't have too many pros other than the department I am familiar with is pretty good.

      Needs to work on diversity efforts and making all employees and students comfortable. Pay could be a lot better.
