      Very generous stipend from the Dean's Office. Subsidized housing.

      Cons

      Responsibility is on you to reach out to people for your career development. The resources are plenty though.

      Pros

      Lots of efforts to make a happy and positive environment. Benefits are good. Everyone is the top in their field.

      Cons

      Really can't think of any aside from a slightly inefficient administration. Everyone seems very happy there, both with the opportunities and their treatment.

      Pros

      Outstanding science to support. Great on-site daycare, tennis court, free gym, free nutritionist, benefits are fabulous. Feel like Rockefeller cares about me as a person.

      Cons

      15 walk from subway on top of commute. Need to hire more gym instructors to offer more free classes at better times.
