      Pros

      School philosophy of using the Developmental approach to teaching. Children are loved and cared for at this center.

      Cons

      Long-time teaching staff tends to be obstinate, preferring the easy way out - often recycle curriculum ideas; are not open to new techniques nor to subordinate's ideas. This place has great potential, directors are experienced teachers but unfortunately do not have a business background and therefore do not have management know-how. There is inefficiency in all areas especially with the hiring of inept, lazy workers. It would be wonderful if directors would recognize hard workers and hire from within instead of giving priority to the inexperienced and clueless.
