The environment, people and history are fantastic. Some of the smartest people on earth work at the university. They are open and accessible

Cons

No real job growth. You start and end with the same job from the day you were hired. Some people don't mind this, but it can get old

Cons

Living expenses are high in New York City. compensation and salaries not really satisfactory could have more career development guidance
