      "Old School Mentality", Administration is very disorganized (ex: no online system to track vacation and sick days used), No career growth, Employees will keep same job title for years, Long walk to get to York Ave. from subways, Huge lack of innovation, Huge lack of accountability, Maintenance workers not consistently cleaning various areas on campus or desk areas during the pandemic, Implemented "hybrid" work setting yet work is taking forever to be completed, High turnover in various departments, Unenthusiastic work environment, Confusion due to unclear procedures/policies the university has in place
