Pros

Engaging and comfortable work environment.

Cons

The experience of your time at Rockefeller depends entirely on which lab you get placed at (if you are going for a lab-related job). Generally, most labs are fine to work at as the people are very understanding and decent but as is the case with everything else, there are always a few who are not. However, this isn't necessarily an inherent con for the university itself. I personally have not had any serious negative experiences here.
