I was slightly doubtful about the working hours when I saw the reviews on Glassdoor, but I think those are biased towards loan officers (where it can get hectic), but after joining I've had such an amazing work life balance. Everyone is super helpful, no office politics, and everyone is super smart. With the new restage I believe this company is heading in the right direction. People want to stay here as well, heard a lot of people at the orientation talking about how Rocket is an amazing company.

Cons

The interview process can be rigorous but makes sense as they vet people a lot.
