They will hire anyone if they knew someone working in the company. Anyone could be engineer here, background check? None

Cons

Worst place any human being can work for. Nepotism and favoritism is through the roof. Lowest pay in the whole bay area (100% true) and no raise or promotion for years. This place have zero workplace morality, bunch of OSHA violations In conclusion, RUN!
