Pros
I've had the pleasure of working with great leaders here. Open door policy, always encouraged to have a voice and share it. If you like the industry, there is no shortage of learning. There's also access to seminars and conferences for personal, professional, and leadership development. Start-up vibe and a great culture. Work-life balance is good. The company isn't perfect (no place is), BUT it is always seeking to improve which positively reflects on the team members as well, the culture is contagious (in a good way)! I consider myself lucky to work with great industry leaders and team members on a daily basis, it honestly doesn't feel like I'm coming to "work" everyday. While opinions/experiences can vary across the company, the energy and momentum are truly unmatched and with so much room to grow, I can't imagine a better place to work!
Cons
This doesn't specifically pertain to IHR, but parking can be a hassle (especially in the winter). The FOC parking team can do a better job of matching team members to structures near/attached to the buildings they work in.
