You can experience the passion for clients, team members and surrounding cities in everything we do. Team members are encouraged to give back to the community in several ways. IHR is an exciting company to be involved with.

      Cons

      Team members at In House Realty work hard and play hard. We are involved in an exciting industry, building new products and programs. We have fun, are spoiled with experiences but we work hard and put in the time to make our business great.

      very collaborative environment to work in, small sized so know most people, team members open/caring/helpful towards others, good medical benefits and vacation time

      Cons

      commute to Detroit, parking although paid for by the company isn't optimal
