      Good work-life balance. Great benefits. Tons of opportunity to grow. Opportunity to work with some smart people. Opportunity to solve challenging problems. A strong supporting leadership.

      Cons

      Not enough planning behind projects leads to missing deadlines and stressed out team members.

      In-House Realty is an awesome company to work for. They care about their team members, their clients, and the community. We're growing fast and doing great things so I am excited to be a part of it.
