Fun company culture. Great benefits. Rocket Mortgage's charitable contributions to Detroit are impressive, and it feels good to be part of it.

Cons

There can be a lack of transparency around how one will grow their career or get promoted. Favoritism can also be at play. At times I question the strategic decisions being made, although to counter that point, there are very smart leaders at the helm.
