The company is very goal oriented. Everyone works towards the same outcome which is refreshing. We are always working on new and exciting projects, nothing feels stagnant. The Leadership team does a good job of providing feedback on a timely basis. Overall the team is very helpful and is always willing to discuss details/actions/plans, etc.

Rocket Lab is an exciting place to work...we build rockets! It's faced-paced and innovative. The environment is very collaborative and although it's a start-up feel, it's exciting to be part of the continued growth and exciting milestones. You never feel like you're alone. There is always someone there to bounce ideas off of to come up with the best solution. The impact we're making on the world is amazing and you feel as if you have purpose and I'm proud to tell people where I work. I'm looking forward to growing with the company and seeing all of the amazing work the team is going to do in the future. There is never a dull moment and there is a lot of opportunity for learning and growth.
