      Pros

      It's a great company to work for, with a great collective. Everyone is very helpful, and happy to share and teach you what they know. Awesome projects in an end-to-end space company, where you can get exposure to anything space flight related.

      Cons

      Sometimes there may be long hours, depends on the projects and timelines (which sometimes are impossible and clearly not very well planned for). Nevertheless, the people are easy to pivot, and a no-blame culture is promoted, so people own their mistakes without being afraid of consequences (unless you are higher up, where dearly mistakes may mean termination).
