      Great opportunities to work on multiple projects, friendly environment, and has a younger and more lean feel than a big contractor

      Growth is more difficult in a smaller company, though compared to aerospace companies this seems to be typical

      Pros

      The company is very goal oriented. Everyone works towards the same outcome which is refreshing. We are always working on new and exciting projects, nothing feels stagnant. The Leadership team does a good job of providing feedback on a timely basis. Overall the team is very helpful and is always willing to discuss details/actions/plans, etc.

      Cons

      Some of the systems/apps are still being developed as the company gets out of the start up phase.

      Great way to expand your knowledge, with a lot of cross team collaboration and the freedom to explore independently.

      Cons

      - Slow to non existent pay rises - No benefits outside base pay and office facilities - Company level expertise drain
