      Pros

      Rocket Lab provides a great amount of professional opportunities and growth. The organization continues to develop which gives employees the opportunity to develop with them. This has been the most challenging and rewarding job I've ever had. My management and team have been great mentors over the past 3 months, providing significant training to get me up to speed with my role and the organization.

      None to note from my experience.

      Pros

      enormous exposure to the industry, leaders, and technology and ability to make big impacts in a short period of time. Rapid career growth opportunities if you get in and work hard

      Long hours but the rewards of those hours are great

      Pros

      It's a company in start-up mode. Is it easy to work for a start-up? No. Is it perfect? No. Does the company do exciting and top-of-the-line work? You bet!

      Cons

      Mostly disgruntled ex-employees post on Glassdoor & they claim that you should beware of positive posts from employees in non-engineering/tech roles. Guess what? These people are employees too and it's okay for them to say they enjoy working @ Rocket Lab. It's not for everyone, so if a start-up isn't for you, then look for a better fit. Stop moaning and groaning and post constructive comments.
