Rocket Lab is an exciting place to work...we build rockets! It's faced-paced and innovative. The environment is very collaborative and although it's a start-up feel, it's exciting to be part of the continued growth and exciting milestones. You never feel like you're alone. There is always someone there to bounce ideas off of to come up with the best solution. The impact we're making on the world is amazing and you feel as if you have purpose and I'm proud to tell people where I work. I'm looking forward to growing with the company and seeing all of the amazing work the team is going to do in the future. There is never a dull moment and there is a lot of opportunity for learning and growth.

Rocket Lab provides a great amount of professional opportunities and growth. The organization continues to develop which gives employees the opportunity to develop with them. This has been the most challenging and rewarding job I've ever had. My management and team have been great mentors over the past 3 months, providing significant training to get me up to speed with my role and the organization.
