      Pros

      You get 3-4 days off in a row depending on the week.

      Cons

      It's a long day; 12 hour shifts and you're on your feet for 90% of it. They discourage resting your legs by having little or no chairs inside the cleanroom. You'll spend 90% of your day in a clean room suit if you're in production. Everyone's a clock watcher, including management.
