Pros

On site available lunches if in the man facility. Great diverse interesting people. High tech product Becoming more professional and working on their issues. Transitioning from Startup to Large company teething issues are mostly gone

Cons

No longer a fun R&D facility Founding members often overlooked for promotion They say they have your back but regularly see good people thrown under the bus. You're just a number, a cog in a machine, expendable backed up by being a rocket company with 1000s of applicants to replace you. Growth is slow and you get stuck in your role with little hope to move up. Better to leave and come back to change roles. Career suicide as there is little to no development or learning promoted.

Pros

Great culture/benefits at the MD locations. Accessible managers. Developing branch of the company means room to grow.

Cons

No true leadership. Technicians are required to work outside of their scope of responsibilities with no additional compensation.
