Poor promotion choices and unreasonable expectations
Pros
Generally good teams, interesting and challenging problems to solve, Clean work environment, lots of people who are at the tops of their respective field to learn from.
Cons
Some of the managers and supervisors will say they care about you, but will be quick to stab you in the back. High levels of stress to meet deadlines. New starters will likely get paid more than you, furthermore the pay levels aren't in line between other facilities within the business. You ARE replaceable, regardless of your knowledge and skills, until they ask you what it'd take to get you to stay after resigning. Wouldn't recommend to a friend, might recommend to an acquaintance. High staff turnover, despite management saying it's a normal amount. Shares will be dangled as a carrot you will likely never reach. You will miss your team mates when either you or they leave.
