Please allow wfh/ hybrid model of working, every individual situation is different. The company should be more diverse, majority of employees are fresh graduates and males, hire more females and mums

Team was amazing, met great people.

Cons

Unrealistic timelines lead to massive burn out. Management doesn’t care about moral amongst teams. Underpaid for amount of work required. Horrible work life balance.
