Hi there, Thank you for leaving us a review. We welcome your feedback, and are really happy to hear that you enjoy working with the rest of the awesome team here. Rocket Lab has a particularly unique culture, one that grew organically as we took on dozens of exciting new challenges and rapidly expanded to a company of over 550 employees. Our culture is one of passion and drive and this has made us the successful organisation we are today, however we are always looking to grow, improve and challenge. To dig deeper into our culture, we have just run our first culture survey, which we were thrilled to receive an 87% participation rate for. Key areas of improvement have been identified and some really fantastic initiatives have been proposed to address these, including the formation of a Team Improvement Taskforce, where representatives from all around the company come together to problem solve and discuss solutions.
