      - Little bureaucracy; you can work on whatever you deem important - Plenty of challenge - Good culture; lots of young bright people

      Cons

      - Unclear career progression; yearly personal goals are meaningless for getting a promotion, and there’s no career matrix or anything of the sort - Stinginess; it can be difficult to get funds for basic things, such as hardware or software licenses - Unwillingness to allow work from home
