Pros

Great company culture. Easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance with remote work and easygoing company culture. Transparent as far as leadership goes, and if you want the support to succeed you have this in management.

Cons

Not a ton of cons other than the company is dealing with a lot of change management right now as the org streamlines software and workflows. There's been a few bumps in the road but they're working to be fixed. There used to be some stagnation with career/growth opportunities, but RL recently introduced a career development program as well to encourage growth within and outside of the org.
