      Pros

      Health benefits are good- Cadillac health plan.

      Cons

      They hate their employees. Toxic leadership levels. I was let go due to “cult of personality” that violated several isms and didn’t care, literally had been looking for a way to separate me for years. They do all they can to squeeze every ounce of production from a person with no regard to the person.

      Communication can be better with leadership and Team members. Provide more flexibility wfh being that technically the pandemic is ongoing.
