Great health insurance that covers fertility treatment. IVF would have only cost me my max OOP of $2,000. Fun culture.

Cons

NO work life balance. You're expected to always be available and work on your days off if you're not pacing to hit goal. They will write you up on a final if you have a bad month and set high, unobtainable expectations to keep your job.
