      Pros

      Great work life balance (Hybrid and remote options available) depending on which department you work in. Great leaders - very fast pace environment. Leaders do listen and will fight for their team, especially when the oppportunity is a mutual observation. Great at supporting people who want to grow and push themselves.

      Cons

      Some Team member are not living by the culture and it could make your experience not so great. Make sure to fully assess the work environment for the team you are about to embark in. Ask the right questions during the interview to make sure your personally will match or compliment theirs. Overall compensation could be better. They are VERY tough in that area.
