      Pros

      I have been working in Jersey for a while, and really like the culture here. They had a company townhall recently and coming from a larger company it's very refreshing to hear the management speak. Waht was really nice was the executives talk to everyone and are approachable, and we had great team building exercises. Its also great to come in to a new corporate facility. What impressed me most was the startup spirit that was there when i joined little while ago is still present - where employees can really make a difference, and the CEO and COO are really into the details and they know the employees by name - great to hear. The openness to diversity is very welcoming .

      Cons

      This type of startup environment is not for everyone, and we had some turnover over the last year - many people could not adapt to a growing company like Rocket. However this is real biotech, with real data and real science.
