Very bright group of scientists doing great science

Cons

In my opinion, poor leadership and toxic culture. Extremely disorganized, and scattered. There are a core of friends and family in almost no-show roles, who are the face of the company, then there are those who do all of the work. Holidays and vacation days are, in actuality considered to be remote work days, there is no respect for personal life or family, nights and weekends are work time. Not family-friendly.
