Almost everybody is highly motivated around developing cures for severe diseases, but also supportive and helpful, especially to new colleagues. Senior management is accessible, involved and collaborative. Everyone is excited about gene therapy's scientific potential and the clinical results.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and teams are relatively small, so workload is substantial. This is not a place for people who run away from challenges.

Some of the smartest, most dedicated, and passionate people ever. Supportive teammates, people work together and encourage growth in one another.

Cons

Not a bad thing, but as a fairly new company that is growing rapidly we just have to continue to make the right changes and continue to adapt to this growth.
