Cutting-edge gene-therapy technologies with multiple platforms Chance to have a high impact in a growing, well-resourced company Highly diverse and humble group of people that are driven by helping patients and advancing science Leadership really cares about folks and culture Recent leadership hires of highly experienced executives (CFO etc.)

Cons

As with most companies that are growing rapidly there are some growing pains with structure and process but leadership is trying best to adapt and respond Lots of work to do currently as they are hiring to fill many positions

Rocket Leadership is good at lying.

Cons

1. The COO is illiterate and insane. She has made millions by mistreating her people, forcing them to work ridiclous hours, and by good old-fashioned lying. 2. The CEO is incapable of being a leader and morally bankrupt. Points 1 and 2 ruin the entire culture of the organization although there are good people that do their jobs well in non ELT postions. If you are thinking about working at Rocket-DON'T! Read the negative reviews carefully and then look at the positive reviews-the positive reviews are all fake. Then do some research and look at how long the majority of Rocket employees stay with the organization.

Pros

Small and growing staff. Great to get in on the ground floor. Many chances to learn and advance. Benefits - you have several options to pick from so they best suit your needs. Free for the most part but you can opt to pay a small, very small portion to upgrade to a more extensive plan

Cons

difficulties getting going but that more has to do with timing aligned with the current pandemic
