Cons

The work culture here is highly toxic, with an expectation of long hours and inadequate compensation. Advancement seems more dependent on favoritism from management than on actual contributions or performance. If you’re looking to move up, aligning yourself with management is more important than adding real value to the company. Leadership is disorganized, frequently forgetting critical project details and causing inefficiency. When things go wrong, they tend to shift blame rather than take accountability.
