      Manufacturing & Quality: Manufacturing and Quality really need to take some critical aspects carefully and update it. No matter how qualified you are or how much experience you have, only things will be implemented if they like. Very high blame culture to other people and sometimes even departments. Other departments actively involved in internal work and will push for changes even if that’s not their expertise or concern. Unnecessary long meetings without constructive conclusions. Always provide negative feedback before understanding the situation.
