Business Outlook
Pros
If you work hard you will be rewarded. I have been with the company for a good amount of time and have seen a lot of growth opportunities. I was encouraged to grow my skill set and with it led to 3 promotions in 5 years.
Cons
We move very fast and you have to be willing and ready to change with it. Sometimes it is very frustrating to not understand the reason for moving so fast but still needing to do what needs to be done.
