Pros
The overall culture here is unmatched. The management wants people who work hard and play hard, and they go out of their way to enable you and make it fun. Plus everyone goes out of their way to help you, which is important, the learning curve is steep.
Training-they offer so many different training sessions it is unbelievable. You have at minimum 2 training sessions every month on best practices, and you can sign up for as many subjects as you like. And beyond that everyone goes out of their way to help you, as I said above. Team Leaders are more facilitators, you are very enabled to accomplish any of your goals.
Benefits are very good, decent bonuses, good medical, and a dental program which is actually worth getting.
Cons
Only negative is 401k match is a little lower than average, then again other benefits are pretty good to make up for it.
