This company is a shining example of an abusive employee employer relationship. The company will shove mantras and the story that the environment you are in is a familial one down your throat constantly, but it is the farthest thing from the truth. From low compensation, to a complete lack of transparency as it relates to your job standing, this work place is built to drain you of all you are worth and dispose of you. From rampant misconduct among leaders, retaliation for giving what’s perceived to be negative feedback, as a team member you are never secure. Stay far away and take your talents to a company that will value you you as an individual and not a number, and won’t force you to risk your personal health and safety for tax purposes.

Public speaking in front of 50+ people is a must. Terrible on-call work. Leadership spoke big but was very mean and bully-ish. Never heard a leader apologize or take responsibility for mistakes ever. Poor rating and unfair job performance reviews.
