Working at Quicken Loans has been fun and challenging, and by far one of the best experiences in my employment history.

1. Family comes first 2. The leadership is approachable and friendly 3. Individualism is encouraged 4. Benefits are awesome 5. You feel like they do try to make this a great place to work 6. Not afraid to go out on a limb to try new things 7. Ideas are encouraged 8. Leadership is transparent with its plans and visions for the future and direction of the company 9. The environment makes every person in any position feel valued 10. There are a lot of extracurriculars that help foster a sense of pride
Cons
1. Too many cooks not enough kitchens syndrome sometimes 2. Lowish pay 3. Because everyone is encouraged to have an idea...sometimes there are too many ideas and no one has the final say on projects resulting in far too many changes, work done that goes nowhere 4. Sometimes things are done too quickly without thinking through or allowing for "real" research 5. Decisions are made on opinion vs. hard facts
