Pros
This company is great for people who are fresh out of college and don’t know what they want to do yet. Anyone who has a sense of self worth and wanting to be treated with respect should stay clear unless completely desperate.
Cons
There is only opportunity if you work 60+ hour weeks, never see your family or friends, and “out hustle” everyone around you. The compensation plan changes every 6 months and typically goes down so you have to work just as much for less pay. The company constantly makes decisions that are “new and different” when they are the same things we did 3-5 years ago but have a new shiny name and some slight tweak. The culture used to be great before the current leadership took over. Ever since it has turned into a toxic culture that is best compared to an abusive relationship.
