- Amazing knowledgeable colleagues - Incredible professional development opportunities - Awesome office in Detroit - Tons of room for growth - Serious focus on team member well-being - Plethora of health benefits/resources available (both physical and mental)

Cons

- It can be easy to be overwhelmed because there is so much to learn and there are so many moving parts to the business - Compensation is competitive but not generous - Being an adaptive and agile company means that things can and will change quickly such as reorganizations. This can be a difficult to adjust to for some people
