- Cutting edge software tech - Low micro-managing (depending on team/leader) - Mostly remote friendly - Company pharmacy that will ship next day medications to your door

Cons

- Several re-organizations of teams under different levels of middle management nearly every year. - Company culture changed dramatically around the pandemic, was very solid and great place to work pre-pandemic - Very reactive to interest rates, several employee buyouts since 2022 across various parts of the company. - Has burned out my friends that didn't work in the software/tech side of things, very hard on their client facing roles.
