It is a good place to start your career, you will learn a lot during your experience here. They are aligned with latest tech stack and follow good coding practices & architecture. You can move in any direction within the company if software engineer is not your passion - example TL or PO or DBA etc. but after sometime in your current position and work towards your direction! good company benefits & work life balance is good! Company has a great culture and good diversity inclusivity!!
Cons
It takes time to get promoted to the next level in your position. I was hired for a low pay and I see base pay has increased now. I wish base pay was good for SE.
