Pros
The culture is very family oriented, people actually care about each other and treat you like a person instead of a number- which is rare for a company this size. Senior leadership allows for you to earn autonomy and trusts your ability to make the right decisions and do what you were hired to do. Great technology company and the senior leadership knows we are a technology company that deals with mortgages, and technology isn't just a cost to enable mortgages.
Cons
My only con is that now that hiring is open to national candidates, the market rate of our compensation seems low.
