- 24/7 365 Work schedule - No Tiered IT support teams like typical orginization - Too Many Emails, thousands each day - Non Technical leadership - No Career Paths - Pay is 30% less on average from industry standards for Software Engineers, then gets further away percentage wise for Sr's, Architects, and Management roles - People and management act like elitists, and won't take advice or suggestions unless an employee has been there for years and years

Growing company with a great working atmosphere. Leader in technology is friendly and you can learn a lot new stuff in telecommunicating techs. Flexible working schedule with a decent working space.

Cons

Since it's a small growing sales company, you have to sit in a floor where is surrounded by sales agent. This means some time you will have a lot of noise going on when you are coding.

The people, company culture, and benefits are the biggest things that come to mind. I'm always happy with my work and my co workers. Just a fun environment to be in.

Cons

Project management is not at its best. You hear the phrase `Technology drives the business` but in practice its hard to get technology initiatives prioritized over business initiatives.
