-Too much change, without direction. Constant reorgs - Acquisitions are integrated too quickly which creates chaos.
-Old CEO used to talk about empathy, humanity, trust and love but did not give two flying f***s before having round after round of layoffs.
-No acquisitions outside the mainframe space.
-Overdependent on IBM, >50% of the revenue comes from IBM products - though the partnership is long, the probability of it ending tomorrow isn't 0.
-Confused HR function - they don't know what they're doing.
-Engineering teams are terribly understaffed.
-ASG acquisition is a disaster, trying to maintain products with minimum manpower.
-Not sure how far the iceberg is, but there will be a collapse - soon!
